I've spent my career inside demanding operations teams: building and tuning platforms, automating the work people hate, and training the people who run it all. Entellectual is where that experience meets AI, applied to the whole business.
My background is technical from the ground up: a master's degree in Computer Security and Forensics, offensive security certifications from OffSec and SANS, and years of hands-on work with Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, Logic Apps, PowerShell and the tooling around them.
I've delivered that work for some of the most demanding environments in the UK: three major banks, a magic-circle law firm, a multinational insurer, a global broadcaster and three managed security providers. Different sectors, same lesson: the technology is rarely the hard part. The process and the people are.
That's why Entellectual pairs AI and automation with training. In the last 18 months alone I've measured what happens when you remove the repetitive work from a skilled team and show them how to use the new tools properly: seven engagements, almost a quarter of a million pounds saved every year, and teams that are better for it.
